These are the OFFICIAL trial transcripts from the 2005 Michael Jackson trial, sent to me directly from Mr. Mesereau's office. These are an important read if you want the truth of what really happened in that courtroom and how different it was from what you heard on your nightly news.
In the future, I will include some important excerpts from these transcripts as well.
"Justice was done. The man is innocent. He always was." ~ Thomas Mesereau, Jr.,
Lead Defense Attorney,
upon leaving the courthouse
Judge Rodney Melville "Mr. Jackson, your bail is exonerated, and you are released."
"I gain strength from God. I believe in Jehovah, God, very much. And I gain strength from the fact that I know that I am innocent. None of these stories are true. They are totally fabricated. It's very sad and it's very, very painful. I pray a lot and that's how I deal with it. I'm a strong person. I'm a warrior, and I know what is inside of me. I'm a fighter, but it's very painful and at the end of the day, I'm still human, you know? I'm still a human being, so it does hurt very, very, very much."
Michael Jackson in his interview with the Rev. Jesse Jackson during the 2005 child molestation trial
Jason Francia also claimed abuse. His story changed as money was introduced and his mother sold a story to the tabloids. Attorney Mesereau cuts right through the falseness of this story.
Read my interview with Geraldine Hughes, former legal secretary of Barry Rothman, the lawyer involved in the 1993 lawsuit and hear her story of witnessed extortion
Janet Arvizo is Gavin Arvizo (the accusor's) mother
Did you know that Janet Arvizo consulted with a civil lawyer about suing Michael Jackson for molesting her son and that, in January 2000, when she met with this civil lawyer, neither she, nor her son, had ever MET Michael Jackson??? Janet Arvizo, March 16,2006/ Photographs of bruises she said she incurred from a supposed molestation of herself by JcPenny/Tower Records retail store security guards. It was found out later that her husband had done this to her. The claim of molestation was made after her sons were caught shoplifting in the store.
You will quickly see how the allegations that came against Michael Jackson, in this case, were an encore of repeated behavior patterns that had taken place many times before with this family...
In the above article, alias names were used for the Arvizo children to protect their identity at the time. John is Gavin, Rob is Star and Anne is Davellin
"In January 2000, a woman named Janet Arvizo consulted with a civil lawyer about suing Michael Jackson for having allegedly molested her son.1 This would have been the second child molestation lawsuit filed against Jackson, the first being the result of sexual abuse allegations that were made by a 13-year-old boy in 1993.
The problem, however, is that in January 2000, Janet Arvizo had never met Michael Jackson; neither had her son. In fact, it would still be another seven months before Jackson would even be introduced to the Arvizo family.
Three years after their initial meeting in August 2000, Janet Arvizo’s son accused Michael Jackson of sexual abuse; the pop star is currently preparing to fight these claims in court. During a recent pre-trial hearing, Arvizo’s plans to sue Michael Jackson before she had even met him were made public by Jackson’s lead defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. According to Mesereau, Arvizo had revealed this information to investigators in June 2003, when she and her children first made accusations against Jackson." Excerpt from article above
COMING SOON: Exclusive interview with a former classmate and friend of Gavin Arviso's who tells you what really happened.
It should also be noted that the Arvizo family changed their story several times...you can read more about that, as well as the truth about the jurors who claimed to have been forced to conform (who had book deals going and spoke exactly OPPOSITE this in televised interviews)HERE
This is testimony from Wade Robson, who adamantly denies over and over, how Michael Jackson never touched him and that nothing untoward happened.
"Michael would get between 50 and 60 extortion attempts per year. Most of them were paternity. Women claiming that Michael was the father of their child, and a whole bunch of other ones were over music. Somebody had written a song or something and they claimed that Michael had stolen their music or their words. All of those things got thrown out of court because once they got to court, they couldn't back it up."

Body language expert Craig James Baxter examines Wade Robson's body language while claiming molestation
Wade Robson praises Michael Jackson in 2009!
"I just learned so much from him...as an artist and as a kind human being. I'm going to try to continue as much as I can in my own little world, that legacy."~ Wade Robson speaking highly of Michael Jackson in 2009
"This prosecution was a travesty of justice and one of the most mean-spirited attacks on an innocent person in legal history.”

Jay Leno and Chris Tucker speak about how this family also tried to extort money from them in this testimony
This photo above was taken at Neverland before the trial started
Filmmaker Larry Nimmer tests MJ's Bedroom Alarm to see if he would have heard someone coming up the stairs as Gavin's brother star stated that he came up the stairs and saw MJ masturbating his brother. This video clearly shows that Michael Jackson would have HEARD someone coming up the stairs
Trailer for the "The Untold Story of Neverland" which shows glimpses of the film, which was shown in court, and also shows a glimpse into the police interview of Gavin Arvizo, where you can see Gavin's uninterested and unemotional behavior
Azja Pryor, Chris Tucker's ex and mother to their son, speaks candidly about Michael's innocence and also the truth about the Arvizo family

"He said the words, 'Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.' His first reaction was gratitude. Gratitude to God, gratitude to his defense team, gratitude to his family and friends."
Thomas Mesereau on Larry King Live speaking of Michael Jackson's reaction after all of the "Not Guilty" verdicts were read.
Where it all started...the 2003 arrest. A man taken into custody, humiliated, for something he never did, and all because of a family who, after making many other false accusations for money, saw Michael as another person to leech money from, never mind what happened to him as a human being. Absolutely criminal.
